Informational Technology Advisory Committee
(ITAC)
The Informational Technology (IT) Committee serves as a resource for technology planning, researching emerging technologies, and communicating IT policy and procedure recommendations to administration. The IT Committee is committed to coordinating a college wide process for requesting technology that is equitable to all departments and staff. The IT Committee meets at least once a month to discuss topics related to the technology planning process, introduce emerging technologies through external vendors or presentations by committee members, and discuss college wide technical solutions to IT challenges. All IT Committee members are encouraged to introduce, research, and present IT solutions. It is important to note that this is not a decision-making committee but serves in an advisory role.
