What resources are available
on the
WebAdvisor Faculty site?
CLass Roster - Provides an updated class roster for each section. This roster is updated in real time based on the registrations and withdrawals that occur.
Search for Sections - This will allow you to use a number of search criteria to look up sections. This link will search all of the sections that SCC offers for a specific term. Please note that students have this feature as well.
My Class Schedule - This will allow you to view your class schedule by term. You will need to choose a term and then click on a specific section. (The sections are highlighted in "Blue".) Once you click on a specific section you will be given an up to date list of your students along with some additional information. You can also check on the student profile box to the right of each student (and click submit at the bottom of the page) to access information about a specific student such as their academic level, program, contact information, and much more.
Student Profile - This link will provide you with the same information as described above in the class schedule. However, you will need to know the student's ID number to access it directly from this link. The easiest way to get to the student profile is to use the My Class Schedule link (described above) to get to course rosters which will then let you click on the student profile for each student.
Grading - Provides access to enter document students who have not attended along with mid-term and final grades. Please see link on grading instructions.
Advisees - Provides a list of advisees and allows advisor to access students' transcripts, schedules, test scores, and more.
My Advisees - Provides a list of advisees and includes program, GPA, etc.
