How To Import A Course Roster To Excel
- Log into My SCC Web and go to your course roster
- Click on the "File" menu then choose "Save As" from the drop down menu
- A small window appears stating it may not save correctly asking you if you want to save anyway. Click "Yes"
- Then click save. Make sure you are saving the file as "html" document
- Open Microsoft Excel
- Choose the "Data" Menu and then choose "Import External Data" and then "Import Data"
- Navigate to the folder containing the HTML file you created from your Course Roster and open it
- Tell the dialog box what data to import by clicking the arrow associated with that particular table
- Click Import
- Tell Excel where to place the data (if desired)
- Click OK.
