How To Import A Course Roster To Excel

  1. Log into My SCC Web and go to your course roster
  2. Click on the "File" menu then choose "Save As" from the drop down menu
  3. A small window appears stating it may not save correctly asking you if you want to save anyway. Click "Yes"
  4. Then click save. Make sure you are saving the file as "html" document
  5. Open Microsoft Excel
  6. Choose the "Data" Menu and then choose "Import External Data" and then "Import Data"
  7. Navigate to the folder containing the HTML file you created from your Course Roster and open it
  8. Tell the dialog box what data to import by clicking the arrow associated with that particular table
  9. Click Import
  10. Tell Excel where to place the data (if desired)
  11. Click OK.
