The Center for Businessat Southeastern Community College offers convenient, streamlined CDL training programs designed to get you on the road quickly.  Tremendous job opportunities are available through our placement program.  Obtain your Class A CDL in just 4 weeks.

Programs designed to obtain a CDL for personal use such as grain trucks and for persons with driving experience that need a refresher are also available.

PLease call to make an appointment at 319-208-5382. We offer both full time (M-F) classes (day and evening) and weekend classes. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to minimum size limitations.

Admissions Requirements 

• Must have a valid driver's license and social security card
• Must be physically capable of performing tasks related to driving a truck
• Must be 21 years of age or older (18 years old for in state driving)
• Must have no outstanding warrants for arrest
• Should have no felony convictions during the last five years
• Should have no conviction for Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Intoxicated or similar conviction during the last five years
• Should have no more than three moving violations in the last three years
