All student housing requires a $300 deposit, which consists of a $50 non-refundable reservation fee and a $250 damage deposit, which will be refunded if no damages have been assessed and you have properly checked out of the room/suite. The $300 deposit must accompany your SCC Residence Hall Reservation Form.

Residence Hall Reservation - WB campus - SUMMER

SCC offers limited opportunities for non-SCC students to live in the residence halls as space is available. Non-student Residence Hall Reservation Summer 2016.

West Burlington Campus

Millennium Hall

This is a three-story co-ed building featuring apartment-style living.

Amenities include: full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher; two bathrooms; two twin XL beds; closets; dressers; desks and chairs; wi-fi and basic cable. Coin-operated laundry is located on each floor.

Dining

West Burlington campuses offer dining services. Meals can be used at any time, breakfast lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday including lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday

19 meals/week $1,625/semester

Keokuk Campus

Keokuk campus residents live in an apartment complex within a few minutes' drive from campus. Each unit includes a couch, coffee table and chair in living room, kitchen table and chairs, desk and chair, twin XL beds, dressers, closets, full bath, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher;  wi-fi and basic cable; and a community laundry facility.

Keokuk apartments do not include a meal plan.

Single Occupancy $1,494/Semester
Double Occupancy $1,288/Semester
