SCC provides housing and dining opportunities for all students, both on and off campus. Check out our available options to find what suits your needs.
All student housing requires a $300 deposit, which consists of a $50 non-refundable reservation fee and a $250 damage deposit. This will be refunded if no damages have been assessed and you have properly checked out of your living quarters. The $300 deposit is required when you submit your completed SCC Residence Hall Reservation Form.
West Burlington Campus Room Rates

West Burlington Campus Meal Plan
West Burlington campus offers dining services. Meals can be used at any time, breakfast lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, and lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday
All West Burlington campus housing residents are required to purchase a meal plan.
Great River Health Center Fitness Club Membership
Students wishing to use the fitness center must purchase a membership. Through an agreement with GRMC, SCC will invoice students directly each semester. Want to join? Speak to the West Burlington campus Residence Life Coordinator to get details.

A meal plan is not available to Keokuk campus students, however the campus maintains a food service lunch counter in the student lounge where students may purchase meals a la carte during operating hours. Contact Enrollment Services for details.
