The Blackhawk Experience

Experience on-campus housing at SCC by staying in one of our three Residence Halls at the West Burlington Campus: Millennium Hall, Witte  Hall, and Winegard Hall. 


Both Keokuk and West Burlington campuses offer dining services. Meals can be used at any time, breakfast lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday including lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday

All student housing requires a $300 deposit, which consists of a $50 non-refundable reservation fee and a $250 damage deposit, which will be refunded if no damages have been assessed and you have properly checked out of the room/suite. The $300 deposit must accompany your SCC Residence Hall Reservation Form.

West Burlington Campus

Millennium Hall

This is a three-story co-ed apartment building.

Millennium Hall One Bedroom No kitchen, bathroom only (2 students)

Winegard & Witte Hall

There are 14 traditional style rooms in each building.
Each room is designed to house two students. Single rooms are an option depending on vacancy. Rooms contain two twin XL beds Two armoires and dressers wi-fi and Mediacom Cable included Each hallway shares a bathroom with showers, sinks, and toilets. Lounge area has a kitchenette with a microwave. Also contains a coin-operated laundry area.


Double Room $1,000/semester
Single Room $1,200/semester
 Keokuk Campus
  • 10 one-bedroom apartments. Each includes couches, extra long twin beds, full bath, and kitchen wi-fi and Mediacom Cable TV Community laundry facility.


Single Occupancy $1,494/Semester
Double Occupancy $1,288/Semester

What to bring

Bedding linens (Twin XL beds), bathroom linens and accessories, storage containers, lamps, rugs, or any other room accessories,  alarm clock, stereo, TV, personal dorm size refrigerator, coaxial cable, extension cord, surge protector.
