The SCC Foundation exists to:

Scholarships & grants

Make education accessible and affordable

We award over $300,000 to more than 500 students every year

Offer scholarships for all types of students based on: merit, need, age, programs, ethnicity, and more

Respiratory students care for Sim Junior

Provide high quality, relevant education and training

We invest in programs and facilities including new construction and purchase of modern teaching equipment for SCC programs such as health, industrial technology, STEM fields, fine arts

We provide mini-grants to faculty and staff to meet smaller, targeted needs to improve the student learning experience

Our efforts serve as an alternate funding source available to SCC that avoids increasing student tuition and raising property taxes

Connect students and employers - more than 80% of SCC grads find jobs locally

Ensure that SCC remains an economic engine - SCC and student spending adds $50 million to the region's economy
