Business/IT
Every industry includes a certain level of business processes and tools. From insurance to education to manufacturing -- even museums -- there's a business side to it all. The Business/IT Academy exposes students to a broad base of foundational concepts, skills and tools and is designed to seamlessly transfer into the business majors with four-year institutions.

Where are classes offered?
Classes are held on the West Burlington Campus, Keokuk campus, and participating high schools.

How long does it take?
Academy length is one school year. Students take one class per semester.
How many college credits can I earn?
Students who complete this academy will earn 7 to 9 hours of college credit that can transfer to SCC's business or I/T programs.
What do I get when I complete the academy?
Upon completion of all academy courses, students will earn a certificate of completion.
What can I do after high school?
Keep going!
